A deposit of $400.00 is payable the day your date is booked and contract is signed. This amount will be credited to your package price and is for holding your date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. Full payment must be made within 30 days of the ceremony or photographer will not arrive. Forms of payment are: Personal checks (preferred payment for initial package and add ons) $25.00 return fee for insufficient funds. Cash PayPal Credit Card~~*PayPal is our only means of accepting credit cards. When will my proofs/ complete packages be available? Proofs will be ready for viewing 4-6 weeks after the ceremony. Most completed packages will be available 6-8 weeks after you have chosen your photographs. How will I view my proofs? Due to the economic pricing of our packages, and the vast number of proofs for one event, we do not include printed proofs in all of our packages. Printed proofs not included in packages are available for an additional fee. Proofs will be available online 4-6 weeks after the ceremony. Should you like your proofs on disc, we can do so for $1.00 per proof photo and all proofs must be purchased. It is important to remember that "Proofs" are unedited shots, contain a faded "proof" mark across the photo, and are at a low resolution file. They are unsuitable and unintended for print. They are however perfect for sharing online through e-mail, Myspace, Facebook, etc, which is completely acceptable. How long will I have to choose the shots for my wedding package? Proofs will be available for viewing online for 60 days. We ask that you make your package selections within 60 days. For orders not placed within 60 days of the date of proofs having been posted, an event hosting fee will be charged to your account. Please contact us for current hosting prices. What is VIP Touching Basic editing is included in all shots you choose for your albums and prints. But VIP touching goes a bit beyond the basics of lighting, color, and crop correction. VIP touching is the added retouching to your most important shots. With this process we smooth skin, remove blemishes, whiten teeth, brighten eyes, and more. Can I get my finished digital files on a disc? You may purchase finished digital files of those photographs (whether single prints or album prints) chosen for your wedding package. Each file will be full size, full resolution, and be priced at the current 11x14 print price. A courtesy, web sized file, will accompany every digital file purchased, for online use.
