Snake Plant, also widely known by common names such as Mother-in-Law's Tongue, Devil's Tongue. -Renowned for being "practically indestructible" and highly adaptable to various environments. I believe this variety pictured to be Dracaena trifasciata as they grow very tall and blade like.

Noted for its ability to improve indoor air quality this plant thrives in bright, indirect light but is highly tolerant of low-light conditions making them perfect for office spaces or other places with limited natural or artificial light.
Easy to care for you should allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings to prevent root rot and they are best grown in well-draining cactus or succulent soil mixes. Personally, mine have always done fine in regular, quality potting soil.
These plants are extremely hardy, drought-tolerant succulents native to parts of Africa.
If you want maximum height, give it space in a larger pot, good drainage, and avoid dividing it too often—older, root-bound plants often send up the tallest leaves.
!!- IMPORTANT- !! This plant is toxic to pets if ingested.
My plant bloomed this year. She'd been in a 12" pot for several years, shot many new pups. and was terribly overcrowded. When I pulled her out of the pot almost all the soil had been eaten away and there was nothing but roots left behind.

She was clearly overcrowded so I pulled her apart and separated her into 8", 10" and 12" pots.

I frequently have these on hand.
