First Christmas back in The Ville and festivities are afoot! They light up the whole park here and a multi-block scenic drive all the way out to the ball diamond. It's a sight to behold. 

Hadn't been in the park very long before it started filling up. Everyone is here tonight to meet up with Santa and Rudolph (live reindeer) and have their pictures done. That's why I am here; to take my nephew's pics on the sleigh.

All the displays are laid out nicely, lighting everything up and still allowing the scores of people packing in. 

I love the train. 

And movies- they have movies playing all week for the kids to come hang out and watch. There's snacks, and hot chocolate, and goodie bags galore. 

I think this is the newest display making debut this year. Frozen was a huge hit at the box office and it appears a big hit here. 

I've seen a lot of littles getting their pictures done inside this door tonight. 

Leaving the park to check out a few of the houses.

First house on the left of the lighted drive. Not sure who lives there now but my sister did, at one time, several years ago. Always something going on in that place, even when no one is home :-)

The Miles home below- beautiful as always.

George and Joyce have been doing up their place in a big way for the holidays since I was a kid, and that's a lot of years. They used to live in a different (bigger, two-story) house on the other side of the block when their kids were younger. I am betting this one is easier to get lights on the roof than at the old place. 

There were so many houses on the drive but I ran out of steam. Hope you enjoy what I have loaded.
